                             The Brave Rooster Return Policy 

At The Brave Rooster, we want you to enjoy your buying experience with us.  We take great care in specifying all details known about each item we sell.  Please contact us with any question you may have prior to ordering.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns as long the guidelines listed below are followed.

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery of your item.  
2.  After we acknowledge your contact, you will have 7 days in which to return the item to us.
3.  Please note the item MUST be returned with the original packaging material and must be in re-saleable condition.  Please leave all tags intact, if any were shipped with your item.
4.  ALL items returned must  be insured, and the buyer is responsible  for all return shipping and handling as well as insurance. 

We carefully pack each item sold for our customers.  However, shipping errors do occur on a rare basis. For items received damaged in transit, please notify us.  Keep all packaging materials and any broken merchandise, as the shipping agent may request to examine the damage.  Please DO NOT return items damaged in transit back to us as it will VOID the insurance.  Damaged items must be taken to the original shipper and they will work with us for return of insurance funds.
